    本公司产品主要特点是用8个气压的空气作为动力，物料与物料互相碰撞，不与任何杂质和铁接触而形成需要的粒度。并且物料形状呈锥状，增加产品的强度，从而替代氧化铝，该系列产品分两类五级34 种。类为主导产品气流粉，又称特级细粉，即QLM——1特级矾土微粉，一九九零年荣获中华人民共和国部优产品奖，是超高压、高强度电瓷的优等原料。即50万伏以上特高压电瓷产品的原料，配方比例一般在30%以上。*类是雷蒙粉，其中的特级矾土粉主要用于电瓷行业，产品形状呈片状。一、二、三级粉料用于耐火材料、水泥、磨具、磨料、冶金、铸造、焊剂、工业瓷等行业。耐火材料制品2.8万吨，炉料1万吨。

     特级细粉在生产加工全过程中，无介质混入，是一种高纯净的产品。它的主要优点是：（一）产品粒度细，<63μm；（二）产品的氧化铝含量高，>85%；（三）产品的机械铁含量低，<0.02%；（四）无杂质混入。雷蒙粉严格依标准组织生产。各项理化指标均达到技术标准，确保用户的需要。

     1、Propose：The raw material is pushed into machine and collides each other under the high pressed air power with 8 atmospheres, not touching any contamination or iron, and then milled into fine powder required with a cone grain which could improve the strength and replace the pure aluminium oxide using in industry. This series could be divided into two categories ,five classes and 34 kinds。First category is air milled powder named top fine powder,(QLM—1# Top class fine bauxite powder), which wins a prize for its excellent quality from machinery ministry, it is one of the main raw materials for high strength porcelain insulator used in ultra-voltage power system, usually it is contained about 30% in porcelain material。Second category is Roymond milled powder，its top class powder with a lamellar shape is mainly used in the field of porcelain insulator。Other classes such as class 1,2,3 etc. are used in the fields of refractory、cement、abrasive tool、abrasive、metallurgy、casting、solder、industrial ceramic etc。Refractory products are 18,000 metric tons，kiln material is 10000 metric tons。
    2、Physical and chemical index：Top class fine bauxite powder is very pure and isn’t mixed with any medium during the processing. Its main advantages are as follow ：（1）Its grain size is very tiny，<63μm；（2）The content of aluminium oxide is very high，>85%；（3）The content of free iron is very low，<0.01%；（4）No contamination。Raymond milled powder is processed strictly according to relative standard。Each Physical and chemical index is complied with technical standard, and satisfied to customers
